The Seventh-day Adventist church operates a number of colleges and universities around the world. Three of them are located in the Pacific Union Conference—all of them in California. Loma Linda University
The Pacific Union Conference is proud to have an exceptional Seventh-day Adventist health-sciences educational institution, located within its territory. More than 4,500 students in eight schools make up the University which shares its campus with six hospitals where students receive hands-on training in 100 programs in the allied health professions, dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health, religion, and behavioral health.
