All God’s People S4:E4
In this episode—
The print, video, and digital platforms for sharing stories in the Pacific Southwest
The Flagship of the Pacific Union Conference
Since 1901, the Recorder has been the visiting pastor for our members here in the Pacific Union. Every month it includes news from our seven conferences, from Adventist Health, La Sierra University, Pacific Union College, Loma Linda University Health, Holbrook Indian School—as well as from our schools, churches, hospitals, and ministries. Six times per year it includes the newsletter from your local conference. The devotional articles and inspiring stories that make up the Recorder are mailed directly to more than 70,000 homes each month. The Recorder is the journal of the family of God, here in the Pacific Southwest. We’re also very proud of the Spanish-language version of the Recorder: Recorder en español. It’s a quarterly magazine distributed through our Spanish-speaking churches, and it’s now in its second year.

The most distinctive verse in the song “This Little Light of Mine” is inspired by Luke 11:33: “No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.” (Luke 11:33, KJV)
