NCC Girls4God Group
Helps Young Women Grow
In 2011, Northern California Conference Young Women’s Ministries started a group called Girls4God. The group gives teen girls a place to be themselves and discuss important faith-topics. The group mentors give the girls opportunities to speak on panels and organize special Sabbath programs—training them as future women’s ministry leaders. Most importantly, this group provides a space where girls are encouraged to see their
potential and learn about God’s love for them.

Medical Student Volunteers
at Children’s Chinese Sabbath School Class
Third-year Loma Linda University medical student WayAnne Watson discovered her love for working with children during her pediatrics rotation. Following her rotation,
WayAnne decided to volunteer at the Loma Linda Chinese SDA Church children’s Sabbath School class. Through volunteering, she can both work with kids and also practice her Mandarin!

Today we invite you to pray for Women’s Ministries in our conferences across the Pacific Union. Lift the leaders up in prayer and ask God to bless their work in ministering to women.
