Glenview Adventist Academy Students Celebrate Earth Day with Campus Clean-Up

Earth Day

On Thursday afternoon, April 22, the fourth graders at Glenview Adventist Academy in Phoenix, Ariz., celebrated Earth Day by helping keep their campus clean. The day prior, heavy winds in the area had blown trash onto the school grounds.

“When we went out for recess, we realized how much trash there was,” their teacher shared. “I told the students that we should pick up the trash since it was Earth Day.”

Students put on gloves and with excitement went about their work. Thank you, Glenview students, for helping take care of your school and the earth! To learn more about Glenview Adventist Academy, click here.
