Sabbath School and Personal Ministries
Jim Park - Pastor Jim Park was born and raised a devout Catholic and was converted into the Adventist Church in his early twenties. He pastored in the Southern California Conference for 25 years before going to teach for 12 years at our graduate seminary in the Philippines. He has a PhD in Discipleship and Mission from Fuller Theological Seminary. He wrote the annual devotional book called The Daily Disciple for the Southern Asian Pacific Division as well as an academic textbook on urban ministry for the General Conference. He has consulted internationally and is currently teaching for Loma Linda and Andrews Universities. His focus is to help pastors and churches understand the true growth process through the Sabbath School and Personal Ministry. He is currently living near San Diego with his wife Diana. They have two adult children.
